1. Who I Am

This is the personal professional website of Sean Bahamin ("Mr. Toyutah"), a sales professional at Karl Malone Toyota of Draper, 11453 S Lone Peak Pkwy, Draper, UT 84020. I operate this site independently. It is not an official website of Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. or of Karl Malone Toyota, and this policy covers this website only. 2. Information You Choose to Share

The only personal information I receive through this site is what you decide to send me. The contact form asks for:

• Your name — so I know who I'm talking to.
• A phone number and/or email — whichever you prefer I use.
• What you're shopping for — new, pre-owned, trade-in, or a question.
• Your message — anything you want to tell me.
• A checkbox — telling me whether it's OK to call or text you back.

Here's something most privacy policies can't say: this website has no database and stores nothing you type. The contact form works through your own email app — when you hit send, it creates an email from you to me. The message lives in your sent folder and my inbox, not on this site. The same goes for anything you send me directly by phone, text, email, or social media: I receive exactly what you chose to send.

3. Information Collected Automatically

I don't run advertising trackers or marketing pixels here, and this site doesn't set tracking cookies. To understand traffic, the site uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that count visits in aggregate — pages viewed, roughly where visitors come from — without building a profile of you or following you across the web. Beyond that, like nearly every website, the hosting infrastructure that serves these pages keeps standard technical logs — things like IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — for security and performance. Those logs are handled under the hosting provider's own policies, and I use them, if at all, only to keep the site running properly.

4. How I Use Your Information

One purpose: helping you with the thing you contacted me about. In practice that means replying to your message, answering questions, setting up an appointment or test drive, tracking down the right vehicle, and following up on your request. If you decide to move forward with a purchase, your information is entered into Karl Malone Toyota's systems to write up the deal — and from that point the dealership's own privacy practices also apply to what it holds.

5. Calls and Texts

If you give me your number and check the box saying it's OK — or you simply call or text me first — I may call or text you back about your request. A few things you should know, plainly:

• Consent to calls or texts is never a condition of buying anything.
• Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency depends on our conversation.
• Reply STOP at any time and I'll stop texting you. No hard feelings.

6. How I Share It

I don't sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever. It is shared only three ways: with Karl Malone Toyota as needed to do what you asked — a quote, an appointment, a deal; with the basic service providers that make email and website hosting work; or when the law requires it. That's the complete list.

7. Keeping and Deleting

I keep correspondence as long as it's useful for helping you and as long as normal business records require. If you'd like the information I personally hold to be updated or deleted, email me and I'll honor every reasonable request the law allows.

8. Your Choices

You can opt out of follow-ups at any time — just say the word by text, email, or phone. Reply STOP to end texts. Opting out of marketing never stops me from answering something you directly ask me.

9. Children

This site is about buying cars, so it's meant for adults. It isn't directed to children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child sent me personal information, contact me and I'll delete it.

10. Links to Other Places

This site links out to my profiles on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X, plus Google Maps for directions. Those platforms have their own privacy policies — mine ends where theirs begins.

11. Security

I take reasonable steps to protect what you send me, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. One practical ask: please don't put sensitive numbers — Social Security, driver's license, bank or card numbers — into the contact form or a text. When a deal needs that information, we'll handle it through the dealership's secure process.

12. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the new version gets posted right here with an updated effective date. Meaningful changes, plainly worded — that's the standing promise.

13. Contact

One more thing, said plainly: this page describes this website. Karl Malone Toyota and Toyota each publish their own privacy policies covering their own systems — if you do business with the dealership, those apply to the information it holds.
