1. Agreement to These Terms

By using mrtoyutah.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, the fix is simple: please don't use the Site.

2. What This Site Is (and Isn't)

The Site is the personal professional website of Sean Bahamin, a sales professional at Karl Malone Toyota of Draper. It is independently created and operated by me. It is not owned, operated, sponsored, or endorsed by Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc., Toyota Motor Corporation, or Karl Malone Toyota, and nothing here is an official statement by either of them. The opinions are mine.

3. Trademarks

Toyota, the Toyota logo, and vehicle model names — GR Supra, Tundra, Sequoia, Grand Highlander, Land Cruiser, and friends — are trademarks of Toyota Motor Corporation. Karl Malone Toyota marks belong to their respective owner. They appear on this Site descriptively, because selling these vehicles is what I do for a living; their use implies no affiliation with or endorsement of this Site. The "Mr. Toyutah" name and this Site's original text, design, and photography belong to Sean Bahamin.

4. Vehicle Information, Pricing, and Availability

Everything on this Site is provided for general information. Specifications, features, colors, pricing, incentives, and availability change constantly and without notice, and despite honest effort, errors can slip through. Nothing on this Site is an offer to sell, a quote, or a guarantee of price, availability, or terms. Manufacturer's suggested retail prices, where mentioned, exclude taxes, title, license, registration, documentation fees, and dealer-installed options. Actual pricing and availability are confirmed only in writing through Karl Malone Toyota of Draper. Before you make a decision based on something you read here, verify it with me — that's what I'm for.

5. The Blog

Shop Talk articles reflect my personal views and were accurate as of their publish dates. The automotive world moves — lineups change, specs get revised, editions sell out. Blog content is commentary, not professional, legal, or financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sean Bahamin will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). 16. Severability and the Whole Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and me about using the Site.
